Comparable country pack for **PM2.5 mean annual exposure**, **% population above WHO guideline (AQG 2005 / 10 μg/m³)**, **CO₂ emissions per capita and total (EDGAR excl. LULUCF)**, and **fossil-fuel electricity share**. Built for Asia Knowledge → ASEAN in Data.

**Rule:** No invented numbers — empty cells are intentional (see `gaps.md`). **Do not invent city AQI snapshots as national series.**

### Source notes

- Archived WDI `EN.ATM.CO2E.PC` / `EN.ATM.CO2E.KT` are **not** used; pack locks the EDGAR AR5 successors.
- `EG.USE.COMM.FO.ZS` post-2015 zeros are **not** real fossil shares — see `gaps.md`.
- WHO Ambient Air Quality Database city snapshots are **out of scope** for this national scoreboard.
