# Election calendar scoreboard (ASEAN-10 + Timor-Leste)

Dedicated **national election calendar** pack for SEA-11 — last completed national poll + next scheduled / constitutional due-by through ~2030, with regime caveats. Companion to `topics/governance_risk/`, `topics/conflict_fragility/`, and `topics/rule_of_law_corruption/`. **Dual story:** **scheduled national elections ≠ political risk / conflict scores** — never blend calendar dates with WGI PV, FSI, GPI, CPI, or WJP into one “stability rank.”

**Rule:** No invented dates. Empty cells stay empty. Flag regime caveats (Brunei absolute monarchy; Myanmar junta phased 2025–26; Laos/Vietnam one-party NA; Singapore parliamentary cycle; PH presidential vs midterm; Malaysia due-by vs called; TLS presidential/parliamentary).
