## Methodology badges

1. **Calendar ≠ risk:** Do not rank countries by “years_to_next” as a proxy for stability.
2. **Status vocabulary:** `completed` / `scheduled` / `due_by` / `tentative` / `not_applicable` — never coerce due_by into a fake fixed day.
3. **Regime caveats mandatory** on artboard for BRN, MMR, LAO, VNM.
4. **PH dual office:** Midterm (2025) is latest national poll; presidential next is 2028 — show both.
5. **Myanmar phases:** Use `date_start`/`date_end` on events row; scoreboard last date = phase-3 end 2026-01-25.
