# Timeseries gaps — services_ict_exports

**Convention:** `TIMESERIES_CONVENTION.md`  
**Window:** 2010–latest non-null in WDI country extracts (as_of 2026-09-14)  
**File:** `timeseries.csv` (918 data rows + header)

## Structural gaps

| Series | Gap |
|--------|-----|
| All composition / ICT for **VNM** | No rows for `ict_exports_usd`, `ict_pct_svc_exports`, `travel_pct_svc_exports`, `cmcp_pct_svc_exports` in timeseries (WDI null throughout) |
| **MMR** | Series stop at **2019** — do not extrapolate |
| `svc_exports_usd` | Generally dense for large ASEAN; small states / TLS thinner early years — omit missing years (no zero-fill) |

`svc_exports_usd`, `ict_exports_usd`, `ict_pct_svc_exports`, `travel_pct_svc_exports`, `cmcp_pct_svc_exports`, `svc_trade_pct_gdp`

Imports / transport / derived balance are snapshot-only in this pack (add later if Engineer needs them).

## Hard rules

- No interpolation between years  
- No ST.INT.RCPT.CD tourism-receipt splice  
- No IBPAP industry revenue in timeseries
