Brunei and Vietnam have no observations; Indonesia’s series ends in 2009 and is withheld. Singapore* has an asset/CPF-linked fiscal structure. Timor-Leste’s Petroleum Fund structure limits comparability. This is a revenue share, not a borrowing rate.
